After a hail event we inspect the roof surface, flashings, vents and soft metals, photograph what we find and give you a written scope of repair. That documentation is what your adjuster needs to assess the claim. We do not promise a claim will be approved — that decision is your insurer’s — but we make sure the damage is recorded properly and we can meet the adjuster on site.
